It’s location. The meal in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival was nice, as was the variety offered.
Staff very rude when asked to fix soap depenser in the bathroom by my mother next door. Smell in bathroom, very basic, no iron in room, chairs in breakfast room uncomfortable.

Not much to like really, not a great experience, the location isn't bad for the 02 arena
Workmen working between 9:00-5:30 very loud drilling and banging of hammers outside all the rooms in my corridor on the 4th floor. No working air conditioning in the rooms and not enough fans to give to people affected in this current heat is not acceptable, asked to complain at checkout and managers name was written down for me a on one of the hotels business cards, no actual email address or phone number given and no apology either, i was just told if we would have had more rooms available you could have switched rooms...again no use to me when i have paid full price for a service and amenities i expect to receive them. Not good at on any level.

Location excellent to attend Excel.
One had to step up to go to the bathroom and remember to step down on return or fall down. Should have been on the same level as the bedroom.

Near to venue, very clean and tidy and very welcoming and helpful. Good value for money and breakfast very nice.
